Returns

Because of the nature of research compounds, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@healthandbeautys.com with your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used or tampered products, and items returned after 30 days, cannot be refunded.

Return shipping

Unless the item was damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
